About the RoleWe’re looking for an AI Analyst with strong expertise in to join our team and help shape innovative engagement strategies.
Responsibilities- Data Analysis & Statistical Modeling
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
- Apply statistical methods to analyze data, validate hypotheses, and support business decisions.
- Build, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models to solve business problems.
- Design and analyze experiments (e.g., A/B tests) to measure the impact of changes and new features.
- Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Experience in data cleaning, preprocessing, exploratory data analysis (EDA), and statistical analysis.
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis, including experience with libraries such as pandas, Num Py, and matplotlib/seaborn.
- Strong experience with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
- Hands-on experience building, deploying, and maintaining data pipelines and machine learning models in production environments.
- Proficient with version control systems such as Git, including branching, committing, and pull requests.
- Experience designing and analyzing experiments (e.g., A/B testing) to measure impact and validate hypotheses.
- Previous experience working in the Meta development environment.
- Experience with service monitoring, anomaly detection, and automated alerting for data and ML solutions.
- Strong understanding of predictive analytics, statistical modeling, and machine learning algorithms (e.g., linear regression, clustering, decision trees, etc.).
- Experience with building and automating scalable data pipelines for data ingestion, processing, and transformation.
- Ability to create compelling data visualizations and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.

- Prepare reports and presentations to summarize analysis, model results, and recommendations.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
- Work closely with stakeholders, engineers, and product teams to identify business challenges and opportunities.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions using data science and machine learning.
- Influence Strategy
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform short- and long-term business strategy.
- Advocate for best practices in data science, analytics, and model deployment.
Pay Range in Austin, TX or Fremont, CA
