GCP Architect

Overview

We are seeking an accomplished Data Engineering Architect with 10–14 years of experience and deep expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

This role demands a seasoned professional who can own the enterprise data architecture, drive adoption of modern data engineering practices, and lead teams in building scalable, secure, and high-performance data ecosystems.

• Architect and Design:
  Define and implement enterprise-grade, end-to-end data engineering solutions on GCP.
• Establish and enforce best practices for data ingestion, transformation, storage, governance, and security.
• Architect scalable data pipelines and frameworks to support advanced analytics, AI/ML, and reporting needs.
• Technical Leadership:
  Evaluate, recommend, and standardize GCP-native tools (Big Query, Dataflow, Pub/Sub, Dataproc, Cloud Composer, etc.).
• Provide architectural direction and technical leadership to engineering teams.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (data scientists, analysts, product managers) to align solutions with business priorities.
• Implementation & Optimization:
  Lead the design and optimization of ETL/ELT workflows using GCP services and distributed frameworks.
• Ensure enterprise-level data quality, lineage, compliance, and security standards.
• Drive automation, monitoring, and performance tuning across large-scale data pipelines.
• Strategic Contribution:
  Align data architecture with organizational goals, scalability, and future growth.
• Influence enterprise-wide data strategy and cloud adoption roadmap.
• Stay ahead of emerging GCP technologies and industry trends, ensuring Infarsight remains at the forefront of innovation.

• 10–14 years of experience in data engineering or related field.
