SAP Solution Architect

Overview

Pay Range: $70hr - $75hr

• The SAP Solution Architect is responsible for defining and governing end-to-end enterprise solution architecture across SAP platforms and integrated systems.
• This role ensures alignment with business requirements, architectural standards, and best practices while delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions throughout the project lifecycle.

• Strong experience designing end-to-end SAP solution architectures.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
• Experience leading Fit-to-Standard workshops and solution validation.
• Strong understanding of SAP integration, data, and security concepts.
• Ability to act as design authority and manage architectural governance.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and decision-making skills.

• Extensive experience working as an SAP Solution Architect or similar role.
• Experience with SAP S/4-based solution design and enterprise integrations.
• Experience supporting large-scale SAP transformation or implementation programs.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional business and technical teams.

• Define end-to-end SAP solution architecture across core applications and integrated systems.
• Ensure alignment with implementation methodologies, global templates, and industry standards.
• Design integration architectures between SAP modules and external systems.
• Define system landscape, environments, sizing, and deployment models.
• Govern custom development and ensure minimal and controlled customization.
• Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops and validate solution feasibility.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Identify solution gaps and propose standard solutions or approved extensions.
• Define integration patterns and oversee middleware and interface strategies.
• Oversee data migration strategy including mapping, cleansing, and reconciliation.
• Ensure master data governance and harmonization across systems.
• Act as design authority and approve changes to solution scope or architecture.
• Maintain solution blueprints, process documentation, and configuration rationale.
• Conduct quality reviews for functional designs, technical specifications, and testing artifacts.
• Ensure authorization design aligns with compliance and segregation-of-duties requirements.
• Validate system performance, scalability, and operational readiness.
• Support audit readiness and regulatory compliance initiatives.
• Define end-to-end testing scenarios and integration test coverage.
• Validate technical cutover sequencing and data load activities.
• Provide post-go-live support oversight to ensure solution stability.
• Collaborate with business leaders, project managers, and technical teams.
• Serve as escalation point for design conflicts and integration issues.

• Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments.
• Exposure to large global SAP rollouts or transformation programs.
• Strong presentation and executive communication skills.
