We are seeking an experienced Senior IT / Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support the Spares and Service Product Line as part of Lam Research's Digital Transformation (DT) initiatives. This role will be responsible for end-to-end functional ownership, enhancement, and operational support of SAP ECC, S/4 Hana, SAP Fiori applications, and Teamcenter/Alexandria/Data Lake integrations that enable pricing, materials management, services, and PLM processes for spares and service operations.
The candidate will partner closely with Business, GIS, and Global Pricing teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and efficient solutions across pricing, service contracts, and parts lifecycle management. This is an onsite position Fremont CA.

- Custom Fiori Applications for Spares PL - Teamcenter (PLM)- Ensure seamless integration between Teamcenter and SAP for parts extension and lifecycle data
- Data Lake/Alexandria (Middleware) Integrations with SAP and other applications.
- Act as the primary functional BSA for Spares / Service Product Line systems
- Support Digital Transformation initiatives, including process harmonization and system modernization
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements; translate them into functional specifications
- Lead end-to-end solution design across SAP ECC, S/4 Hana, Fiori, and Teamcenter
- Coordinate with development teams for RICEF design, build, testing, and deployment
- Support service contracts, pricing models, and cost structures
- Drive UAT, cutover, and go-live support
- Ensure integration stability between SAP and Teamcenter
- Partner with Global Pricing, Supply Chain, Services, and Finance stakeholders
- Provide production support, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement
