Spherion - Up to $35.00/hour - - Responsibilities:
Operating System Management:
Perform clean installations, upgrades, and migrations across multiple Windows versions, including Windows XP, 7, 10, and 11.;
Technical Support:
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for end-users, including driver updates and component replacement.;
Dell System Restoration:
Serve as the subject matter expert for Dell products, specifically utilizing the Dell OS Recovery II tool for re-imaging and data recovery.;
Security & Maintenance:
Implement cybersecurity best practices, manage user accounts, and ensure antivirus software is functional and updated.;
Inventory & Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of hardware inventory, system configurations, and software licenses.
