This is a on-demand dispatch on-site role for a Level 1 Network Engineer Hands & Feet Field Engineer. Located in Fremont, CA, the role involves providing next business day dispatch field service support. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing on-site troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, assisting in hardware installations, and ensuring proper technical support for clients. The role also requires effective communication with internal teams and clients to ensure a seamless service experience.

• Strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to identify and resolve network, hardware, and infrastructure issues effectively.
• Experience in Field Service operations, including on-site technical tasks and hardware installations.
• Effective Communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams professionally and clearly.
• Basic understanding of Project Management principles to assist in coordination and completion of service dispatches when needed.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate reliable time management.
• Relevant certifications like CompTIA Network or Cisco CCNA are beneficial.
• Previous experience working in a hands-on technical field support role is a plus.
