Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager who has led or been deeply involved in projects integrating SAP with Salesforce. The ideal candidate will have a strong SAP functional background (ECC or S/4

HANA), solid experience in SAP SD module and managing cross-system integration initiatives, particularly with Salesforce Sales or Service Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end SAP project delivery, with a strong focus on SAP SD module and integration with Salesforce platforms.
• Collaborate with functional teams, architects, and business stakeholders to define integration requirements and ensure seamless data and process flows between SAP and Salesforce.
• Develop project plans, manage scope and timelines, and ensure deliverables are met within budget.
• Facilitate workshops, gather business requirements, and translate them into actionable tasks for technical teams.
• Drive testing, change management, cutover planning, and go-live activities.
• Act as a liaison between SAP, Salesforce, and third-party vendors to resolve integration challenges.
• Monitor project risks and issues and proactively mitigate them.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in SAP project management (ECC or S/4
  
  HANA).
• At least 1 full-cycle project involving integration between SAP and Salesforce.
• Strong expertise of SAP SD module is a must
• Experience working with middleware or integration tools (e.g., Mule Soft, SAP PI/PO, Dell Boomi, or similar).
• Proven expertise in Order to Cash and Order Management processes and Salesforce Integration
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• PMP or other project management certifications preferred.

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
• Experience in manufacturing, high-tech, or consumer goods industries.
• Agile or hybrid project delivery experience.
