IT Consultant, IT Project Manager, Cybersecurity, Systems Engineer
Lam Research is looking for a Senior IT Program Manager with strong experience delivering complex IT programs in a manufacturing environment. This role leads large, multi-project initiatives supporting plant operations, digital transformation, and enterprise IT enablement. The ideal candidate brings deep program management expertise, strong manufacturing domain knowledge, and the ability to partner effectively with business and IT leaders.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of large, complex IT programs supporting manufacturing, supply chain, and operations
- Manage multiple interdependent projects across MES, ERP (e.g., SAP), infrastructure, cybersecurity, OT/IT integration, data, and automation
- Develop and execute program roadmaps aligned to manufacturing and enterprise IT strategy
- Establish program governance, milestones, KPIs, and executive reporting
- Manage program budgets, resource plans, vendors, and system integrators
- Identify and mitigate program‑level risks, including operational, cybersecurity, and change impacts
- Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and IT stakeholders
- Drive change management, standardization, and continuous improvement across plants and sites
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 15+ years of IT project and/or program management experience
- Proven experience delivering IT programs in manufacturing or industrial environments
- Strong understanding of manufacturing systems (MES, ERP, infrastructure, OT/IT)
- Experience managing large budgets, vendors, and cross‑functional teams
- PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or similar certification
- Experience with Industry 4.0, smart factory, automation, IoT, or cloud initiatives
- Global manufacturing or multisite delivery experience

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on‑site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On‑site Flex and Virtual Flex. “On‑site Flex”: work 3+ days per week on‑site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week.
“Virtual Flex”: work 1–2 days per week on‑site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
