We are seeking a Pega Solutions Consultant to drive the modernization of enterprise workflows within the COO organization. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, solution consulting, and workflow architecture, focusing on designing scalable Pega-based case management and AI-driven automation solutions. This is not a pure product owner or developer role. Instead, the ideal candidate brings a consultative, pre-sales mindset—someone who can engage stakeholders, shape solution direction, and translate business problems into scalable workflow architectures.
Responsibilities- Lead solution consulting engagements to redesign and optimize cross-functional workflows across COO
- Partner with senior stakeholders to identify and prioritize high-impact automation opportunities
- Translate business requirements into scalable Pega-based workflow and case management solutions
- Define and drive multi-year roadmap strategy for workflow and GenAI-enabled capabilities
- Act as a bridge between business, engineering, and architecture teams
- Provide thought leadership on workflow standardization and reusable solution design
- Drive end-to-end execution (strategy → design → delivery → adoption)
- Simplify complex technical and business inputs into clear executive-level communication
- Lead stakeholder alignment, adoption, and rollout across multiple business units
- 5+ years of experience in digital product management, solution consulting, or workflow transformation
- Strong hands-on experience with Pega (workflow automation / case management platforms)
- Proven ability to design and execute product or solution roadmaps tied to business outcomes
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, architecture, and business teams
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive end-to-end delivery in complex enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in Pega (e.g., LSA or SA certification)
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale workflow or case management platforms
- Background in management consulting (Big 4 or similar)
- Exposure to GenAI / AI-enabled workflow automation
- Strong executive presence with ability to influence and drive strategic initiatives
