Systems Analyst

Primary Duties :

• Responsible for providing services in the areas of Enterprise Performance Management, Business Intelligence applications implementations and software application design, development and integration;
• Performing the following: studying critical business processes and requirements, interacting with end users to gain an understanding of critical information needs and use Oracle and Data Integration technologies to develop custom BI applications;
• Customize packaged software solutions like Oracle Business Intelligence Applications, Hyperion Enterprise Performance Management, Oracle Information Discovery and Informatica to meet those needs;
• Conceptualize, design, construct, test, and deploy business and information technology solutions through the application of software development life cycle methodology appropriate to the specific enterprise application;
• Perform fit gap analysis of leading software packages like Oracle BI, Analytics, Informatica and Hyperion;
• Understand functional design and create technology architectures to facilitate implementations;
• Assist the application support team in analyzing and implementing application enhancements.

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Applications, or a related field of study required. Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 0-2 years related experience.
• Detail orientated with excellent time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Data Analysis and Statistical Analysis.
• Strong knowledge of Tableau, SAS Programming, MySQL, Net Beans, Agile, MS Project, R Studio, SAS basics, HTML and UNIX.
