EDiscovery & Legal Data Scientist

Join a data-driven team supporting critical legal and compliance initiatives across the full eDiscovery lifecycle. In this role, you'll work hands‑on with large, complex datasets—analyzing, processing, and preparing information to support investigations, litigation, and regulatory matters.

• Process, cleanse, and analyze large structured and unstructured datasets for eDiscovery workflows
• Support legal holds, data preservation, and collection across Microsoft 365 environments
• Perform filtering, deduplication, normalization, and search term analysis
• Prepare datasets for attorney review, including batching, workspace setup, and reporting
• Collaborate with legal, compliance, and IT teams to support investigations and litigation

• 1+ years of experience working with large datasets, data analysis, or data science
• 1+ years of experience using Relativity or Microsoft Purview for eDiscovery or data workflows
• 1+ years of experience supporting legal, compliance, or regulated data environments

• Experience supporting investigations, litigation, or regulatory matters
• Background in data science, analytics, or information governance
• Ability to clearly communicate data insights to non‑technical stakeholders

• Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check
