Pay Range: $90-$100
Shift: 8am - 5pm, Monday through Friday
Responsibilities- Support the development and execution of change management strategies for Oracle Cloud ERP implementation.
- Assist in assessing organizational impacts, stakeholder readiness, and process changes.
- Coordinate communication efforts, including project updates, FAQs, and leadership materials.
- Support end‑user training logistics, develop training materials, and track training completion.
- Maintain project documentation, facilitate meetings, and support go‑live activities.
- 5+ years of experience supporting ERP or enterprise system implementations.
- Experience supporting organizational change management activities for large‑scale technology deployments.
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.
- Knowledge of change management methodologies such as Prosci or ADKAR.
