Service Now Sec Ops Developer
Fremont, CA (Onsite)
JD:
- 7-10 years of Security Operations experience and strong hands-on expertise implementing and supporting the Service Now Security Operations module.
- Implement and configure Service Now Security Operations (Sec Ops) modules:
Security Incident Response (SIR), Threat Intelligence - Design, build, and support integrations with security tools, including:
- FlashPoint (Threat Intelligence)
- Palo Alto Wild Fire
- Netskope
- (HIBP)
- Etc..
- Configure inbound/outbound REST integrations using MID Servers and secure authentication.
- Map and normalize security data such as alerts, vulnerabilities, and IOCs within Service Now.
- Develop security workflows, playbooks, business rules, scripts, and automation.
- Enable dashboards, KPIs, operational and executive security reporting.
- Partner onsite with SOC, GRC, Risk, and IT teams for requirements, UAT, and production support.
- Ensure implementations align with enterprise security standards and audit requirements.
