Technical Writer

Location:

Fremont, CA.

Pay Range: $50–$54 per hour.

As a Technical Writer, you will be part of the Manufacturing Operations department supporting engineers, technicians, and quality assurance personnel.

• Collaborate closely with engineers, TPMs, and managers to understand project requirements and concepts thoroughly.
• Coordinate with the Technical Program Manager (TPM) and Leadership to ensure consistency of documentation standards, styles, and priorities.
• Strategize and deliver documentation guides in accordance with project timelines.
• Develop digital documentation while adhering to established style and platform standards.
• Solicit and integrate customer feedback on documentation to optimize usability.

• 2-5 years of experience as a technical writer specializing in manufacturing procedures.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in writing and editing.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Suite (Word, Excel) and Adobe (Photoshop, Acrobat).
• Strong written and oral communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Capability to manage workload efficiently amidst changing priorities while meeting project deadlines.
