Service Now Sec Ops Developer :
• 7–10 years of Security Operations experience and strong hands-on expertise implementing and supporting the Service Now Security Operations module.
• Implement and configure Service Now Security Operations (Sec Ops) modules:
Security Incident Response (SIR), Threat Intelligence
• Design, build, and support integrations with security tools, including:
o FlashPoint (Threat Intelligence)
o Palo Alto Wild Fire
o Netskope
o Have I Been Pwned (HIBP)
• Configure inbound/outbound REST integrations using MID Servers and secure authentication.
• Map and normalize security data such as alerts, vulnerabilities, and IOCs within Service Now.
• Develop security workflows, playbooks, business rules, scripts, and automation.
• Enable dashboards, KPIs, operational and executive security reporting.
• Partner onsite with SOC, GRC, Risk, and IT teams for requirements, UAT, and production support.
• Ensure implementations align with enterprise security standards and audit requirements.
