Solution Architect

Ascentt Business Systems, Inc. is seeking a qualified professional to fill the position of Solution Architect based in Fremont, CA. Responsibilities will include:
Develop software applications for data integration requirements on advanced analytics, data science and machine learning projects. Perform software and hardware root cause analysis and provide expertise in the development and calibration of software. Design, develop data infrastructure capable of ingesting and storing petabytes of data and serving thousands of queries a day leveraging Enterprise Cloud Architecture over different Platforms. Responsible for enterprise performance management and business intelligence applications, implementations, and software application design, development and integration.

Understand functional design and create technology Architectures to facilitate implementation and assist the application support teams in analyzing and implementing Application enhancements. Architect and implement event streaming and micro services, containers, and manage database in multi cloud ecosystems and its resources. Coordinate with teams of all cores, application managers, business stakeholders to discuss challenges, issues and to come up with designs, solutions and create reusable components.

Work with senior engineers, software architects and quality assurance engineers to resolve development roadblocks and implement the best practices for BI and data science applications. Utilize experience in SSIS, Imformatica, Salesforce, SQL Server, JIRA, Tableau, SSRS, Python Position requires 50% national travel.

Position requires Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Electronics & Communication, Engineering, IT or a related field, plus five (5) years of experience in a related occupation. Position requires experience in n SSIS, Imformatica, Salesforce, SQL Server, JIRA, Tableau, SSRS, Python.
