Position: Customer-Facing Project Manager (Onboarding & Delivery)

Customer‑Facing Project Manager (Onboarding & Delivery)

Full time. 3 days in office, 2 days remote.

Responsibilities
  • Own the Customer

    Experience:

    serve as primary point of contact for customers throughout onboarding and project delivery.
  • Build trusted relationships and ensure clear communication, alignment, and confidence.
  • Lead customer‑facing meetings including onboarding, status updates, and executive reviews.
  • Proactively manage expectations, risks, and escalations.
  • Drive Project Delivery: develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables aligned to customer and business goals.
  • Lead projects across relevant phases, including discovery, integration, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure on‑time, high‑quality delivery.
  • Translate customer needs into action: lead discovery sessions, define business, technical, and operational requirements.
  • Convert customer requirements into actionable plans and aligned internal execution.
  • Ensure alignment between customer expectations and Hyve’s capabilities.
  • Ensure readiness & execution: validate key inputs, identify gaps that may impact timelines or delivery quality.
  • Manage governance & decision‑making: risks, issues, dependencies, priorities, trade‑offs, and delivery plans.
  • Support successful launch & stabilization: lead go‑live readiness, transition to operations, and post‑launch stabilization.
  • Capture feedback and lessons learned to improve delivery processes.
  • Contribute to scalable, repeatable onboarding frameworks.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of project management experience in customer‑facing environments (technology, manufacturing, or operations).
  • Experience managing customer relationships, including executive stakeholders.
  • Experience with onboarding, implementation, or integration projects.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery approaches.
  • PMP or similar certification is a plus.

Salary Range

$80,000 – $120,000.
