Customer‑Facing Project Manager (Onboarding & Delivery)
Full time. 3 days in office, 2 days remote.
Responsibilities- Own the Customer
Experience:
serve as primary point of contact for customers throughout onboarding and project delivery. - Build trusted relationships and ensure clear communication, alignment, and confidence.
- Lead customer‑facing meetings including onboarding, status updates, and executive reviews.
- Proactively manage expectations, risks, and escalations.
- Drive Project Delivery: develop and manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables aligned to customer and business goals.
- Lead projects across relevant phases, including discovery, integration, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure on‑time, high‑quality delivery.
- Translate customer needs into action: lead discovery sessions, define business, technical, and operational requirements.
- Convert customer requirements into actionable plans and aligned internal execution.
- Ensure alignment between customer expectations and Hyve’s capabilities.
- Ensure readiness & execution: validate key inputs, identify gaps that may impact timelines or delivery quality.
- Manage governance & decision‑making: risks, issues, dependencies, priorities, trade‑offs, and delivery plans.
- Support successful launch & stabilization: lead go‑live readiness, transition to operations, and post‑launch stabilization.
- Capture feedback and lessons learned to improve delivery processes.
- Contribute to scalable, repeatable onboarding frameworks.
- 5+ years of project management experience in customer‑facing environments (technology, manufacturing, or operations).
- Experience managing customer relationships, including executive stakeholders.
- Experience with onboarding, implementation, or integration projects.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery approaches.
- PMP or similar certification is a plus.
- A customer‑first thinker who measures success through customer outcomes.
- A strong communicator who bridges business, technical, and operational teams.
- Highly organized and execution‑focused.
- Comfortable working in dynamic environments.
- A proactive problem‑solver.
- Passionate about scalable, repeatable processes.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
$80,000 – $120,000.
