Job Description

Location: Fremont, California (Onsite)

This position is responsible for providing day-to-day technical support for network infrastructure and internal systems software and hardware. The role involves installing, configuring, and troubleshooting desktop systems, workstations, and servers within a diverse environment. The successful candidate will also manage passwords, data integrity, and file system security for the desktop environment and communicate technical information to both technical and non‑technical personnel.

• Provide technical support to employees for network infrastructure, software, and hardware.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop systems, workstations, and servers.
• Maintain passwords, data integrity, and file system security for the desktop environment.
• Communicate technical information effectively to various audiences.
• Recommend hardware and software solutions, including new acquisitions and upgrades.
• Participate in the development of information technology and infrastructure projects.
• Conduct training programs for computer users on basic and specialized applications.

• Ability to image, configure, and deploy devices efficiently.
• Understanding of the device lifecycle, including build, deployment, and reclamation or disposal.
• Familiarity with provisioning, compliance checks, and endpoint management.
