- Design, develop, and support Workday Studio integrations
- Build and manage EIBs for data loads and integrations
- Troubleshoot integration and data issues ensuring accuracy and performance
- Support Workday HCM system administration, reporting, and audits
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and stakeholders on requirements and solutions
- Stay current with Workday releases and best practices
- Workday Studio & Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)
- Strong Workday HCM technical knowledge (Payroll preferred)
- Integration development, data migration, and reporting
- System configuration, testing, and production support
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- Workday Studio / Integration Cloud certifications
- Experience supporting multi‑module Workday HCM environments
