Requirements:

Lean / Six Sigma certification or a management-consulting background.

Domain background in Technology / Telecom / Data Center supply chain — familiarity with network build, deployment, and infrastructure supply-chain operations.

Proven process mapping that produces implementation-ready specifications.

Demonstrated ability to extract knowledge from busy SMEs.

Strong stakeholder management and documentation skills.

Comfortable working on-site and embedded within a client environment.

What you'll do:

Map end-to-end project coordinator (PC) workflows across the assigned domain, producing current-state process flow diagrams and identifying automation gaps.

Run time-and-motion studies and shadowing sessions across all workflows; capture tool-usage patterns and establish baseline efficiency metrics.

Extract undocumented institutional knowledge from SMEs and convert tribal knowledge into structured, reviewable documentation.

Author build-ready automation specifications and hand them off to the engineering team; establish the baseline data engineers build against.

Partner with engineering during build to validate outputs against real workflows, resolve edge cases, and identify Phase-2 agentic automation patterns.
