About UL Solutions’ Wireless Testing Technician Seasonal Role
Join UL’s industry-leading wireless testing labs for a hands‑on experience in a dynamic, fast‑paced, and customer‑focused environment. You’ll work alongside experts in Specific Absorption Rate (SAR), Radio Frequency (RF) testing, contributing to the evaluation of cutting‑edge wireless devices.
UL Solutions labs are known for their innovative equipment design and rigorous quality standards. This is a great opportunity to gain real‑world experience in wireless technology testing while collaborating with a passionate team.
Seasonal Shifts & Schedules SAR Testing (September–January)- Automated robot‑assisted testing of wireless devices.
- Schedule: 12‑hour shifts, 6 days/week
- 1st Shift: 6am–6pm
- 2nd Shift: 6pm–6am
- Hands‑on testing using state‑of‑the‑art RF equipment across various technologies.
- Schedule: 12‑hour shifts, 5 days/week
- 1st Shift: 4:30am–4:30pm
- 2nd Shift: 4:30pm–4:30am
* Hours vary during training periods and throughout the internship.
