Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Order to Cash (O2C) Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with a strong background in Revenue Recognition (Rev Rec) and Billing processes. This individual will partner closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to support and enhance systems involved in the end-to-end O2C cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze, document, and improve business processes across the Order to Cash lifecycle, with a focus on Billing and Revenue Recognition.
• Collaborate with Finance, Order Management, Billing, and Engineering teams to gather requirements, define solutions, and support implementation.
• Work on system enhancements, configurations, and integrations—especially involving Rev Rec tools (e.g., Zuora Rev Pro, SAP RAR, or equivalent).
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Billing and Revenue systems.
• Partner with IT and third-party vendors to ensure accurate and scalable solution delivery.
• Create functional specifications, use cases, process flows, and test plans.
• Support UAT, training, and documentation efforts.
• Ensure solutions are compliant with ASC 606 and other applicable revenue recognition standards.

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Functional Consultant in Finance domain.
• Proven expertise in Revenue Recognition (ASC 606) and Billing operations.
• Hands-on experience with ERP or Billing platforms such as Oracle, Net Suite, SAP, Zuora, or Salesforce Billing.
• Familiarity with Rev Rec automation tools (e.g., Rev Pro, SAP RAR).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
