The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) is a high-performing leader, problem solver, and innovator who challenges the status quo and drives innovation. In this role, you will analyze complex business problems and develop re-engineered processes and automated technology solutions to address them. You will provide consultation to end users and lead cross-functional teams to resolve business and systems issues.

• Works closely with Lam Global Operations teams to understand and support their operational needs and determine the best technology solution.
• Provides analysis and deep insights into business needs and challenges, enabling the best-fit technology solution.
• Deep understanding of the interactions, dependencies, and alignment of different corporate initiatives, business units, and IT strategies.
• Architects and designs business processes and systems solutions in support of business objectives.
• Deep expertise in end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes, e.g., master data, RFQ, forecasting, source determination, MRP, inventory strategies (safety stock, consignment, replenishment, rebalancing, etc.), subcontracting, Purchase Order (PO) management, inbound logistics, costing, supplier invoicing, indirect procurement, etc., and supplier collaboration, e.g., forecasting, inventory, PO management, costing, capacity availability, constraints, etc.
• Ability to connect multiple operations domains (Planning, Fulfillment, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Spares Operations) and their interdependencies with Procurement.
• Collaborates with the business unit in leveraging various Supply Chain Execution and Supplier Collaboration systems (SAP ECC MM/PP, SAP S/4, Product Sourcing, QTM, SAP Flexible Workflows, SAP Portal, BI/Dashboards, Supplier B2B technologies - One Network, Coupa, etc.) to enable the organization’s future-state business capabilities.
• Able to wear multiple hats:
  Business Analyst, Data Analyst, and Systems Analyst, and communicate effectively with a diverse audience, including leadership, to articulate complex planning scenarios, trade-offs, and their impact on Lam Operations.
• Ability to understand business functionality and translate it into business use cases.

• Experience with both waterfall and agile project management methodologies, and the ability to deliver on responsibilities during various project phases, including:
  • Requirements (Validation and Alignment)
  • Design (Blueprint and Specifications)
