Job Title: QA Manager

Location:
Remote Fremont, CA we need someone who can go onsite whenever asked for candidates should be based in CA or ready to relocate to CA.

Job Description:

Lead end-to-end quality assurance strategy for Teamcenter implementations and enhancements
Define and enforce QA governance, standards, and testing frameworks across PLM programs
Develop comprehensive test strategies covering functional, integration, regression, performance, and UAT phases
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, and Developers to ensure clear, testable requirements and acceptance criteria
Plan and manage test cycles, schedules, and resource allocation aligned with Agile sprints and release timelines

Oversee creation and execution of:

Test plans and test cases
Test scripts and automation suites
Test data preparation and management

Ensure validation of key Teamcenter functionalities:

BOM management (EBOM/MBOM)
Change management (ECR/ECO/ECN)
Workflow processes
Access control and security
