As a Senior Manager, Manufacturing in Lam’s Digital Transformation Program, you'll be at the forefront of revolutionizing our organization's digital landscape. As part of the Office of Digital Transformation, you'll play a critical role in creating next-generation business processes and accelerating technology adoption across the company. With your expertise in developing and implementing strategic plans, you'll not only enhance employee and customer experience, but also improve operational efficiency and overall productivity.

• Process/Solution Architecture:
  Design, configure, and optimize end-to-end manufacturing processes in ETO and CTO environments across Siemens Teamcenter, Siemens OpCenter, SAP ECC & S4, and downstream processes.
• Solution Design:
  Lead the implementation of manufacturing solution with complex Variant Configuration (VC) models, Super BOMs, Super Routings, Bill of Process & Equipment, Electronic Work Instructions integrating with CAD, Order BOMs, Non-Standard Requests, Non-Standard Options, Master Production Schedule Management
• Cross-Functional Integration:
  Seamlessly integrate manufacuturing process & solution with various work streams such as PLM, order management, logistics, production planning etc., to ensure data integrity and process efficiency.
• Strategic Advisory:
  Act as a subject matter expert to influence decision-making at all levels of the organization, providing clarity on best practices and system capabilities.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with engineering, order management, and manufacturing teams including business stakeholders, IT, and third-party vendors to translate intricate business requirements into scalable SAP…
