Content Analyst (Language Specialist (Customer Support (Email)))

Role:
Language Specialist (Customer Support (Email))
Location:
Mountain View, CA
Duration: 6-12 months
Qualifications- Must be fluent in verbal and written English and any one of the following languages
- Swedish
- Danish
- Dutch
- Telugu
- Marathi
- Swiss German
- German
- Belgian German
- Polish
- Japanese
- Previous experience in customer service – preferably email support experience
- Native Speaker
- Must have lived in the locale for a minimum of 2 of the past 5 years or be a frequent traveler to the native language
- Ability to clearly communicate written or verbal for English and any one of the following languages:
Norwegian, Swedish, Danish, Dutch, Telugu, Marathi, Swiss German, Belgian German, Polish, Japanese - Undergraduate Degree required
- Strong Analytical Skills
