Senior Attorney

BHC Law Group (BHC), a litigation defense firm based in Emeryville, is looking for a senior-level attorney to join our firm. We seek an attorney with 7-10 years of insurance coverage and litigation experience.

Minimum requirements:

• 7-10 years insurance coverage and bad faith litigation experience

• Strong familiarity with the California Code of Civil Procedure as well as state and federal rules

• Strong legal research skills using Westlaw

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills--with clients, opposing counsel, the court, as well as BHC colleagues
