Eminent Domain Litigation Associate

Location: San Diego, Los Angeles, or Oakland, CA (Work in any of my Clients' 5 Offices across the state of CA)

About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and ambitious attorney with 3–7 years of experience and a focus or interest in real estate and eminent domain litigation. This is a high-impact role with frequent trial opportunities, providing hands-on experience in complex land acquisition matters across California.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle real estate and eminent domain litigation matters, including law and motion practice and trial preparation.
• Assist in building cases for trial, including evidence development, depositions, and witness preparation.
• Collaborate with teams on high-profile public and private projects.
• Manage client communications and provide updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 3–7 years of litigation experience, with exposure to real estate, public entity, or eminent domain matters.
• Strong academic credentials, research, and writing skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and team collaboration abilities.
• Prior trial experience is a plus.
