Associate Attorney

Civil litigation defense firm with offices in Contra Costa and Solano Counties, has an immediate opening for litigation associates with at least five years of litigation experience for its Fairfield, CA and Pleasant Hill, CA offices.

Candidates must be able to work in fast paced, high volume, team-oriented environment. Successful candidates must have excellent writing and research skills, a strong academic background from an accredited law school and be willing to accept significant responsibility in a broad range of litigation matters. Responsibilities will include all aspects of litigation support, including trial preparation, defense strategy development, discovery planning and responses, motion work, deposition attendance, and court appearances.
