- Data analysis and understanding of data: candidate should be able to read SQL, does not need to be a coding expert
- Supply chain experience
- Good communication skills and openness to learn and take on challenges
- Supply chain-specific experience: process engineer background / warehouse / transportation logistics would be nice to have
- Experience with contract management and working with vendors
- Self starter and initiative-taking
Supporting processes, set ups and overall management
In the warehouse- deploying phones, laptops to users, focusing on the “Telco process” to improve warehouse efforts
Reverse actions of these processes as well - data backups , data wipes
Factor 2:Revamping / reengineering supply chain processes and increasing efficiencies
Factor 3:Tasks outside of the warehouse- looking into how transportations work - ensuring the end to end process is a good experience for users, finding issues and gaps between these
