* Lead and manage supply chain planning to ensure alignment with strategic account goals.
* Coordinate across departments to ensure capacity planning and site utilization are optimized for current and future demand.
* Material Planning & Execution  + Oversee the Clear to Build (CTB) process:
- Ensure all materials are available for production.
- Proactively identify and resolve shortages by collaborating with warehouse, procurement, and manufacturing teams.
* Inventory Management  + Own and manage inventory levels across the supply chain:
- Maintain inventory within target thresholds.
- Monitor and reduce excess and obsolete (E&O) inventory.
- Drive corrective actions to align with inventory targets.
* Performance Monitoring & Reporting  + Track and analyze supply chain KPIs (e.g., OTIF, inventory turns, CTB rate).  + Identify risks and opportunities, and implement mitigation or improvement plans.
* Demand & Supply Alignment  + Lead supply/demand reviews:
- Ensure accurate forecasting and planning.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
* Stakeholder Management  + Build and maintain strong relationships with:
- Customers – to understand demand and service expectations.
- Suppliers – to ensure timely material availability.
- Forwarders/logistics partners – to manage inbound/outbound flows.
* Tool & Process Enhancement  + Drive IT tool enhancements to support:
- Demand planning.
- Material planning.
- Reporting and analytics.
- Collaborate with IT and planning teams to implement and optimize planning systems.
