Duration: 12-Month Contract with potential extensions

Hybrid: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote

Travel:
Up to 10% (primarily domestic)

We're looking for an experienced Supply Chain Business Manager IV to support a global supply chain organization focused on supplier performance, delivery execution, and operational excellence. This role will partner with suppliers and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery, drive process improvements, and support high-volume manufacturing operations during critical business ramps.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Manage supplier performance across commodities including Heaters, Pumps, Linear Motion, COTS, and Distribution
  • Drive On-Time Delivery (OTD/OTDP) performance and supplier operational excellence
  • Plan, schedule, and monitor material flow through the production cycle to meet demand requirements
  • Establish supplier metrics, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Partner with suppliers to achieve delivery commitments and support forecasted demand
  • Lead process improvements related to procurement, inventory management, and manufacturing strategies (JIT, Kanban, Min/Max, etc.)
  • Collaborate with engineering and suppliers to resolve complex supply chain and delivery challenges
  • Create presentations, process flows, and business reports to support improvement initiatives
  • Monitor supplier costs, support cost reduction efforts, and mitigate unfavorable PPV impacts
  • Drive supplier manufacturing improvements to enhance quality and delivery performance
  • Represent supplier business management on cross-functional commodity teams
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience managing suppliers, global factories, and/or strategic commodities
  • Strong supplier management and delivery management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex operational and supply chain challenges
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including:
  • Macros
  • Data Analysis & Dashboards
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field
Preferred Background
  • Experience supporting high-volume manufacturing environments
  • Strong analytical and reporting capabilities
  • Experience working across global supply chains and supplier networks
