The Critical Environment Technician/Rover is responsible for keeping assigned cleanroom and non‑cleanroom areas in a clean and orderly condition, free of visible contamination. The ideal candidate will be flexible, responsible, highly motivated, and able to multi‑task.

• Monday - Saturday (days vary)
• 5:00 PM – 1:30 AM (hours vary)
• Flexibility needed. 8‑hour shifts guaranteed.

$20 – $22 per hour

• Cleaning offices, lobbies, and common areas.
• Cleaning and restocking restrooms.
• Empty trash cans around the property and replace trash bags.
• Work in controlled environments where strict rules and procedures must be followed to prevent contamination.
• Wear specific cleanroom garments while working for safety purposes.
• Follow and execute client’s cleanroom SOPs and documentation.
• May include some travel: willingness to travel 2‑3 weeks at a time, with 2‑4 weeks advance notice.
• Perform proper cleaning methods such as vacuuming, emptying trash, cleaning all work surfaces/equipment, mopping walls, ceilings, and floors within a structured time frame.
• Willingness to learn new cleanroom concepts and demonstrate proper cleanroom behavior at all times.
• Remove trash, clean floors, dust/wipe down all surfaces.
• Vacuum, sweep and mop.
• Operate walk‑behind floor cleaning machines (if applicable).
• Clean and polish furniture, windows, doors, frames, ashtrays, and fixtures.
• Restock supplies in bathrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
• Maintain janitor closet and janitorial equipment in a clean, safe, and operable condition.
• Periodically clean overhead vents and dust blinds.
• Proficiency in English enhances collaboration and communication with colleagues and clients.
• Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
• Floor Care Experience is a plus.
• GMP Micro Cleaner experience is a plus.

• Proficiency in English is highly recommended to perform responsibilities effectively.
• Open availability:
  Overtime work and schedule adjustments may be needed/necessary. Holiday work may also be required.
• Applicants must provide proof of work authorization and complete an I9 and E‑Verify process.

• Physically able to be on feet during an entire shift; walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and crouching.
• Must be able to lift 35 lbs and carry a 12 lb backpack vacuum as needed.
• Good hygiene skills required.

• Use of a personal, insured vehicle daily.
• Driving record must meet Pegasus’ insurance carrier standards.

Clean rooms, controlled environments and technical rooms that typically have positive pressure, are HEPA filtered, and adhere to a clean working environment. Gowns must be worn for protection of the room and products. Temperatures are cooler than a normal office building with controlled humidity.
