Position: Sr. Specialist, Planner Scheduler – Maintenance & Calibration
Location: Fremont, CA
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Expected Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule preventive maintenance and calibration activities for manufacturing equipment.
- Manage maintenance work orders, schedules, and documentation using SAP/CMMS systems.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Engineering, Manufacturing, and external vendors.
- Ensure maintenance and calibration activities comply with cGMP requirements and SOPs.
- Track work order completion, equipment maintenance schedules, and calibration records.
Preferred
Skills:
Maintenance Planning & Scheduling, Calibration, SAP PM, CMMS, GMP/cGMP, Pharmaceutical/Biotech Manufacturing.
