Project Manager - Pilot Operations

Position: Project Manager 4 - Pilot Operations
Apply strong communication and problem solving abilities across diverse business scenarios. Deliver formal presentations to executives, managers, and broader teams; facilitate Phase Gate Reviews. Lead cross functional teams spanning multiple organizations and global locations while providing guidance and support Influence peers, internal partners, and leadership to drive alignment and decision making. Offer coaching, mentoring, and training when needed. Identify when to escalate risks or issues and do so effectively while preserving productive relationships across teams.

Foster a team culture grounded in creativity, accountability, and innovative problem solving while honoring organizational commitments. Create and present clear, concise communications tailored for leadership and key stakeholders. Oversee execution, manage risks, ensure adherence to schedules, and monitor performance to meet business objectives. Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to ensure seamless program and project delivery. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field with 8+ years of experience;

or a Master's with 6+ years; or equivalent experience. Minimum of five years in a technical or engineering position. At least three years of experience in program or project management. Strong verbal and written communication capabilities. Proven leadership abilities and familiarity with phase gate program management methodologies. Experience leading cross functional collaboration and influencing stakeholders at multiple levels. Strong analytical abilities, including data interpretation to support decision making.

Proficiency with program management tools such as MS Project and Planview. Experience using analytical methods and data driven problem solving frameworks (e.g., PSDM). Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP). Background in New Product Development (NPD) or New Product Introduction (NPI).
