The Open Box Assurance (OBA) Supervisor is a key leadership role responsible to manage OBA team and meet requirements of outgoing products.
Duties- Managing OBA inspectors
- Prepare OBA reports
- Following OBA failures that arise
- Ensure output meets production goal
- Organize team for meeting assigned task
- Excellent Supervisory and leadership skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Spanish/English)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite to complete reports
- High school or college education
- Experience of managing people for 5 and more
- Quality Inspection experience for at least 3 years
