, you should exhibit the values of the Catholic faith and serve as a role model to the staff. You will be accountable for managing the day‑to‑day operations of a Catholic Funeral & Cemetery Services (CFCS) location.

Are you a leader with a coaching mindset who enjoys developing people towards success? You will lead the sales team and motivate them to broaden community impact by educating on our pre‑need ministry. As the Assistant Manager
, you will ensure staff serves families in a compassionate, respectful, and professional manner.

• 4-5 years in sales management
• Team development experience
• Proven record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals
• Experience coaching direct reports and motivating teams to achieve results
• Knowledge of Catholic rituals and traditions
• Ability to prepare, forecast, and analyze budgets/financial reports
• Capability of overseeing multiple functional areas
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Proficient in the use of computers, software, and technology
