Construction Project Manager - SB

System Pavers is growing and we are looking for a Construction Project Manager to manage project installations and act as the point of contact for homeowners.

• Manage multiple crews.
• Crew recruitment.
• Main point of contact with homeowners during installation.
• Focus on customer service and keeping the customer satisfied.
• Daily updates upon job‑site inspections.
• Change orders and upselling.

• Experience as a supervisor or project manager managing installation crews.
• Experience with residential construction projects.
• Experience with masonry (concrete, stonework, interlocking pavers).
• Knowledge of grading and drainage.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Customer service oriented.
• Positive “can‑do” attitude.
• Valid driver’s license meeting company insurance guidelines.
• Background check required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience managing construction job sites.
• Proficiency in Spanish and English.

This position is a full‑time role that offers a salary of $70,304 + bonus and commissions.
