- Proven expertise in construction management with the ability to represent ownership interests effectively in OAC meetings, architectural reviews, and contractor negotiations while ensuring adherence to design intent, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Exceptional ability to autonomously solve problems and think creatively with minimal information, demonstrating the foresight to anticipate challenges and develop comprehensive solutions before issues arise.
- Meticulous level of care and attention to detail with the ability to retain complex information, think through scenarios others might miss, and identify potential concerns in architectural plans, construction specifications, and property operations.
- Advanced proficiency in modern communication platforms, particularly Signal and Google Workspace, with demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools and technology to enhance operational efficiency and decision‑making.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing multi‑million dollar construction budgets, capital expenditure planning, and vendor contract negotiations while identifying cost optimization opportunities without compromising quality.
- High emotional intelligence with exceptional discretion and the ability to work effectively with private families, maintaining appropriate professional boundaries while building trust and demonstrating genuine care for the principal's interests.
