We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manage
r to oversee the day-to-day operations of a Semiconductor research and manufacturing facility in Fremont, CA. This role will be responsible for managing engineering services, ensuring a high standard of service delivery, compliance, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a background in manufacturing or R&D facilities management, strong leadership skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving

  Oversee the daily operations of building services, including maintenance and vendor managemen
• t.Manage 10+ direct reports, providing leadership, guidance, and performance managemen
• t.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulation
• s.Coordinate and oversee maintenance of critical building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbin
• g.Manage vendor contracts and service agreements to ensure quality and cost-effectivenes
• s.Work closely with internal stakeholders to address facilities-related needs and support business operation
• s.Develop and monitor budgets, ensuring cost-effective management of resource
• s.Implement sustainability initiatives and operational improvement
• s.Respond to and resolve facility-related issues in a timely manne
