As the Fremont site Construction Project Manager, you will lead delivery of a major capital project, including a semiconductor cleanroom and central utilities facility. You will be accountable for end-to-end project execution—from initiation through completion-ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, and to required quality standards. This role requires strong leadership across cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, construction, and business stakeholders, while driving alignment, risk management, and disciplined execution on a large-scale, complex program.

You will be accountable for end-to-end project execution—from initiation through completion-ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, and to required quality standards. This role requires strong leadership across cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, construction, and business stakeholders, while driving alignment, risk management, and disciplined execution on a large-scale, complex program.
Whatyou’ll do
Project Planning & Execution
- Define project scope, schedule, and budget, including site feasibility and land use planning.
Program & Team Leadership
- Lead and coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Cost Management
- Manage budgets, track spend, and ensure cost-effective resource allocation.
Schedule Management
- Develop and manage schedules, monitor progress, and resolve variances.
Stakeholder Communication
- Provide clear, concise updates to executive leadership, project teams, and internal customers.
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure construction meets design intent, quality standards, and code requirements.
Contract & Procurement Management
- Manage contracts and support procurement of contractors, vendors, and long-lead equipment.
Risk & Issue Management
- Identify risks, remove obstacles, and lead teams to resolve complex challenges.
Reporting & Analytics
- Deliver project status, financial reporting, and actionable insights to support decision-making.
Process Improvement
- Drive continuous improvement of project delivery processes aligned with business strategy.
Change Management & Closeout
- Manage project changes and ensure proper project closeout.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field with 12+ years of experience; or Master's with 10+ years; or equivalent experience or a PhD with 5 years experience; or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of project or program management experience
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
- Semiconductor industry or global supplier experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Relevant project management certifications such as PMP
