The impact you’ll makeYou will build and operationalize a field readiness capability that directly improves how new products are introduced, adopted, and scaled in the field. Your work will reduce time from product development to field readiness and ramp, and product release, eliminate gaps in transition execution, and establish clear accountability across Product, Support, and Field organizations. By defining success criteria and driving consistent execution, you will enable account teams to deliver new product introductions with confidence and drive better customer outcomes.
Whatyou’ll do
- You will define and implement a standardized field readiness model, including success criteria, deliverable ownership, accountability systems, and measurable KPIs that ensure consistent execution across all new products. This includes building and scaling the field readiness organization, defining scope and hiring plans, and ensuring field productivity owners and account teams have the information and guidance needed to execute product introductions and ramps effectively.
- You will lead a team of program managers responsible for New Product Transition (NPT) execution within the Product Development & Release(PDR) framework. In this role, you will ensure transition deliverables across CSBG, Product Groups, Operations, and Product Support are clearly defined, aligned to field readiness outcomes, and delivered with full ownership. You will also redesign PDR processes and documentation to reflect actual deliverables and accountability, ensuring NPT drives PDR execution outcomes rather than activity tracking.
- As the cross-functional integrator, you will align stakeholders on readiness deliverables, success criteria, and accountability, while identifying and resolving systemic gaps that impact product transition and field execution.
- Travel up to 10%.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 8 - 10 years of related experience and 5+ years in management. An advanced degree preferred.
- We are looking for a leader with strong experience in field/service operations and/or new product introduction who can drive execution across complex, cross-functional environments.
- You have a track record of building and scaling teams or operating models, establishing clear ownership and accountability, and delivering measurable outcomes in customer-facing environments.
- You are comfortable leading through others, aligning senior stakeholders, and driving change where processes and ownership are not yet well-defined.
Experience in semiconductor equipment or other installed base, customer-facing industries is strongly preferred. Candidates with a combination of product knowledge, field/service leadership, and new product transition experience…
