Working Structure- Working Hours: 35–40 hours/week
- Working Weeks: 48 weeks/year (4 scheduled weeks off)
- Base Hourly Rate: $30–$35/hour
- Estimated Yearly Compensation: $61,000–$100,000/year (based on hours worked + performance/commission, where applicable)
- Week 1 Off: July 4th week
- Week 2 Off: Thanksgiving week
- Week 3 Off: Christmas week
- Week 4 Off: New Year week

About the RoleWe are hiring full‑time Center Managers to lead and grow our flagship learning centers in the Bay Area. As the Center Manager, you’ll operate your center like a business owner—with full support from headquarters—and play a critical role in shaping students’ learning experiences, earning families’ trust, and building the future of the Think Zone brand.
What You’ll Do Center Ownership & Operations- Lead day‑to‑day operations and ensure smooth classroom execution and scheduling
- Build strong, trusted relationships with families and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Monitor student learning progress and track parent/student feedback
- Promote your center through school outreach, events, and local partnerships
- Convert trial students into long‑term enrollments
- Partner with our Growth Team to achieve center targets
- Recruit and train tutors with HQ support
- Create a fun, professional, and reliable team culture
- Maintain teaching/service quality through coaching, feedback, and accountability
- Help pilot new systems, share feedback, and support process improvements
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with HQ teams (training, curriculum, marketing, operations)
- Outgoing, positive, and people‑oriented
- Organized and dependable—you follow through and get things done
- Excited to learn marketing and operational skills
- Motivated to build a long‑term career with growth opportunities
- Interested in leading a small team and building something from 0 to 1
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Based in the Bay Area and available for in‑person full‑time work
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in education, operations, customer service, or team leadership is a plus (not required)
