Electronic Manufacturing Engineering Technician

The candidate will work in a team environment, perform battery testing and charging duties, and may assemble small battery packs and related sub-assemblies as needed. The candidate must be a team player with demonstrated skills or the ability to quickly learn assembly manufacturing, material handling, soldering, wiring, and understanding basic prints and wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assembling small battery packs and sub-assemblies according to specifications and drawings.
  • Spot soldering and welding for electrical boards (PCBs).
  • Conducting QC testing and RMA analysis.
  • Performing battery testing following defined procedures.
  • Carrying out battery charging according to operational protocols.
  • Reporting and troubleshooting issues during testing.
  • Assisting with new battery pack design and improvements.
  • Qualifications include:

    • Attention to detail and responsible attitude.
    • Ability to follow instructions carefully.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Practical problem-solving skills.
    • Electrical knowledge and training are advantageous.
    • Experience in electrical assembly and soldering is a plus.

    Salary is DOE $20-$23/hr benefits include Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance, 401K with company match, paid holidays.

    Work schedule:

    Monday-Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm.
