Execute routine unit operations in Cell Culture including change-over procedures, equipment cleaning, CIP, SIP, and bioreactor setup;
Perform in-process testing such as cell counting and BGA;
Monitor and control weights, flows, volumes, temperatures, pressure, and pH;
Identify and report issues related to manufacturing processes
