• Wire Preparation: Cut, strip, crimp, and tin wires using a mix of automated machinery and manual hand tools.
• Component Assembly: Insert contacts into connectors, install back shells, and apply heat shrink tubing or tie wraps.
• Advanced Assembly: Build harness boards and perform flat ribbon cable assembly and soldering.
• Quality Control: Conduct visual inspections, electrical testing, and pull tests to ensure every device meets high-performance standards.
