Prepare parts by blasting, cleaning, masking, and inspecting surfaces prior to coating;
Monitor spray parameters and adjust settings to ensure consistent coating quality;
Perform in-process and post-coating inspections, including thickness and surface finish checks;
Conduct daily coupon testing to confirm process performance
