Hyve Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on, results-driven individual with proven communication skills and a strong work ethic to work in a challenging, fast-paced, energetic environment.

• Performing assigned product manufacturing and assembly tasks.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and working instructions.
• Use hand and power tools to assemble components, modules, servers, and racks
• Conducting quality checks on the functionality of components, modules, servers, and racks
• Perform routine maintenance on assembly equipment
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines
• Document and report any discrepancies or issues in the assembly process
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment
• Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the assembly workspace
• Support continuous improvement initiatives
• Support some field service activities

• Have a good knowledge and understanding of computer hardware.
• Experience in assembling computer systems
• Familiarity with mechanical assembly, cable routing, and quality standards will be a plus
• Good communication skills, including both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to regularly lift, push, and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to effectively work within a team environment
