Material Handler / Lab Support Technician (Swing Shift)

Shift: Swing Shift — Sunday–Thursday, 3:00 PM–12:00 AM PST

Location: Fremont, CA

Pay Range: $21.00–$25/hr(based on client request)

A leading technology and research-driven organization is seeking a Material Handler / Lab Support Technician to support cleanroom operations, inventory accuracy, and lab safety. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a controlled laboratory setting. You will support lab users, maintain material flow, and ensure adherence to established processes.

• Audit, stock, and dispense materials to lab users.
• Inspect and maintain lab areas for safety hazards and Intellectual Property (IP) compliance.
• Follow established procedures to sustain existing lab services.
• Support ongoing lab improvement initiatives as needed.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to reduce inventory variances and implement process improvements.
• Investigate discrepancies and perform root cause analysis to prevent reoccurrences.
• Receive and store all warehouse items appropriately.
• Maintain a clean, organized inventory room.
• Notify stakeholders when project materials arrive.
• Provide backup support to the Wafer Cage Team.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Conscientious and dependable with task completion.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and wear required PPE.
• Team‑oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills.
• Motivated, proactive, and able to learn quickly.
• High school diploma required.

• Prior inventory, warehouse, or material handling background.
• Experience supporting laboratory environments.
